Through a selection of coconut and coal-based activated carbon in varying mesh sizes, this Polyphosphate Filter eliminates inorganic contaminants, reduces dirt, and prevents scale and rust deposits from damaging tubing and brass nozzles. Should be used in ANY hard water area to ensure maintenance of misting system. Attaches to a standard water faucet or garden hose (standard 3/4"). Annual replacement recommended. Compatible with any Misty Mate Misting System.
